Fireplace

You may only use DuraFlame logs in the fireplace. 

That said, if you don't know how to use a fireplace make certain you call me for a tutorial:

1. Don't throw anything in it at all except one Duraflame log at a time (which are provided - if you need more you may purchase at the grocery store in Moscow). Duraflame are the only things that should go in there.

2. Please make certain the doors are closed and fire is out before retiring, going out or checking out.

3. No need to clean it out - our cleaner will take care of it.  Should there be anything in there other than burnt wood, it will be a loss of the deposit - sorry some people ruin it for everyone.

4. FIRE EXTINGUISHER LOCATED UNDER THE SINK - I HOPE YOU DON'T NEED THIS!!

Outdoor Fire Pit

• Outdoor fire pit is for your enjoyment and can be used with adult supervision only. The fire pit bowl gets VERY hot so extreme caution is needed around fire at all times. 

• Before you light up make certain all the dry leaves are brushed away from underneath the metal pit. They WILL light up once it gets hot. There is a fire extinguisher near the sliding glass door in the game room - I hope you never need it.

• Split seasoned wood is not provided, there may be some leftover from prior guests but the wood becomes damp very quickly here so it's best to pick up some dry wood. We encourage you to bring a lighter and pick up some firewood at the grocery store, it cost $7 (and some marshmallows!).

• There is an ash bucket near the fire pit to place your cooled ashes. Please use provided shovel to empty fire pit after use.  Thank you!
